LoneStar.it is the official website of the LoneStar Network, an amateur network managed by Luigi Trovato (aka LoneStar) for himself and his friends.
The network offers an amount of services:
- Email virtual hosting based on Qmail, with POP3, IMAP and Webmail access, antispam and antivirus filtering
- Independent DNS with Bind
- Linux-based web hosting with Apache, PHP and MySQL
- Mailing list hosting based on Mailman
- Virtual Private Servers
These services are available solely for LoneStar’s personal usage and for his friends, with amateur logic and free of charge.
The site also works as my personal blog, and it contains articles related to my interests about computers, technology, literature, music and other various opinions that I want to share with the world.
