DESCRIPTION

This document concerns the personal data privacy policies of the website https://www.lonestar.it/ (hereinafter simply “LoneStar.it”) and intends to describe in the most accurate manner the methods of managing the processing of personal data of users and visitors to our site.

Furthermore, this is information also provided pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n. 196 for users of our site’s services, which are provided via the Internet.

The information is not valid for other websites that may be consulted through our links, for which LoneStar.it is in no way responsible.

The indications provided below are also inspired by Recommendation no. 2/2001 of the Group of European Guarantors for the protection of personal data adopted on 17 May 2001 pursuant to art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, concern in particular the collection of personal data on the Internet and aim to identify the minimum measures that must be implemented towards the interested parties to guarantee the loyalty and lawfulness of such practices (in application of articles 6 , 7, 10 and 11 of Directive 95/46/EC).

 

THE “OWNER” OF THE TREATMENT

The “owner” of the processing of personal data processed following consultation of our site and of any other data used for the provision of our services is the administrator of the LoneStar.it site, who can be contacted via e-mail (webmaster [at] lonestar [dot] it).

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES

The subjects to whom the personal data refer, pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request to integrate or update it , or rectify them.

Furthermore, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.

Requests relating to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 must be addressed to the administrator’s email address, also shown above.

PLACE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The processing connected to the web services offered by this site are carried out at the domicile of the data controller and are handled only by LoneStar.it collaborators in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from web services is communicated or disseminated.

The personal data provided by users who forward service requests are used for the sole purpose of carrying out the service or provision requested and are not communicated to third parties, unless communication is imposed by legal obligations or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED

Browsing data.

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

The data in question could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against our site: except for this eventuality, data on web contacts are generally not kept for more than one month.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
